Ticket covers up to 6 people (one ticket covers ALL riders). Less than 6 riders pay the same price as the ticket covers the group ride. Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges, unless we have to cancel the ride. If there is not enough snow we will still operate the ride with a traditional horse drawn wagon. Please dress accordingly as the rides will likely go on regardless of weather. All riders agree to assume safety responsibility and inherent risks of a sleigh ride with animals and will sign a responsibility release at check in prior to departure.
